As B vitamins are often difficult to utilise in the body, especially for those with the MTHFR genetic variants (which impact how your body processes folic acid and other important B vitamins), this multivitamin contains methylated and active B vitamin forms. These body-ready B vitamins are easily accessible to use straight away. We use methylated folate rather than poorly absorbed folic acid, vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate which has cofactor activity to support various processes in the body, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin.

High absorption nutrients

We use the optimally absorbed, fully reacted and chelated zinc and copper glycinate. As zinc and copper compete for absorption, this formula contains an optimal ratio to keep the body in balance. While there are two forms of vitamin D, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is better absorbed and utilised and is significantly more biologically effective than vitamin D2 (ergocalciferol). Our D3 is sourced from sustainable algae.
