now I'm trying to save whichever pills I can from the oil of the three that have popped inside the bottle. this is the second bottle I've bought from them, the first one did not have any issues like this and I had it for much longer. I literally just opened this bottle after finishing an older one. I couldn't take one of these supplements before they were pretty much entirely ruined. I'm so disappointed. I've kept it in the same storage area in my kitchen. so the difference is definitely on the manufacturing side or the bottling side. I'm posting this before I've given them a chance to make it right, I just want people to be aware in the meantime.if this happens to you & you want to save what you can do this. pour all the pills onto a few paper towels. gently roll the pills in the towel to soak up any oil. one by one, slightly pinch each pill (watch for squirting pills) to check for integrity. if it's good put it in a mixing bowl for now. once you have picked out all the good ones, toss them with some sugar or maybe flower to coat them. this should soak any residual oil & prevent the pills from sticking to one another & popping more. does this do anything to the quality of the supplement? I don't know. but I know I can't afford to just buy a new bottle
I bought these to supplement my plant based diet, and my daily intake of Flaxseed (ALA) as I have arthritis, fibromyalgia and another auto-immune disorder. I already feel my joints are more supple, and I can move around more easily. As an added bonus, my brain fog seems much improved. The capsules are very easy to swallow, and represent excellent value for money considering the high dose of EPA and DHA they provide, together with the Astaxanthin, which is not available with many other brands. I will definitely be ordering this regularly.

They are easy to swallow, about the size of a coffee bean... I dont really feel any different since taking them but I'm pretty sure they must be doing some good inside .They are concentrated vegan omega 3 algae oil, grown in pure , filtered watering controlled conditions for superior purity.Astaxanthin provides antioxidant protection to the body. They are an alternative to fish oil but vegan, I like the vegan type best.I've had no side effects while taking these and I do reccomend these.
I was surprised to find a fish free, vegan Omega 3 option. These vitamins have 1340 mg of Omega 3 from algae oil. It includes 400 mg of DHA and 200 mg of EPA.The vitamins are medium sized soft gels making them easy to swallow and serving size is 2 capsules, so this is only a 30 day supply at this price.Best if used by date of 07/2022, so good for at least 2.5 years from receipt of product.The only downside is the slight smell. They do not smell like fish, but have a slight odor to them. Luckily the smell does not translate to a bad taste. For the most part there is no taste to the pills. Like most vitamins, time will tell how effective they are.
Initially this product seemed to be great, however on closer inspection I have realised that it contains carageenan (ingredient I personally try to avoid).Excluding carageenan this product has great amount of good things about it:- good dose of DHA & EPA,- it's vegan and Eco friendly,- small and soft capsules easy to swallow,
It's really difficult to star rate a supplement as I really have no idea what they are doing to my body at a cellular level without extensive testing, which of course I won't be doing - are they helping? Could be! But they aren't hurting me and I seem to tolerate them well enough. Super tired of the fish taste and fish smell of fish-based omegas, so very happy to try this one.The capsules are small compared to the fish oil capsules I took for years. Have you ever opened up a fish capsule? Well, it is not pleasant! What a stink if you happen to get it on anything. These however have an earthy smell to them. Easy to swallow as they are small.If you are following a vegan diet (I'm not but I like plant-based eating), then this is a good alternative to try. 60 capsules are $20 - it's not unreasonable for a good supplement However! You are supposed to take 2 a day so that's $20 a month. For me, that's a little more than I want to spend. Likely, as I do many supplements, I'd take one a day. If you have the $ to do it, and like plant-based products, and are sick of the fishy smell and taste, then you may consider the price worth it.There's a lot of information on the amazon page so you can compare this to other vegan omega-3 products. Do you research and good luck! For me, I'm on the fence about whether I'd purchase again because of the price of these Vegan supplements. I have been taking omega-3 supplements for many years, it is one of the most important supplements to take. I recently read that around 70% of omega-3 supplements sold are oxidized by the time they reach us and a recent study showed that this oxidization causes an increase in cognitive decline! So, worse than no supplementation at all! After an insanely exhaustive research I found that Igennus' product to be far superior than any other out there I could find. I am ecstatic and will be looking to replace other supplements I take because of this brand's quality.

This is one of those products that if it works well, you don’t notice any difference i.e. the oil is doing its job in the background. My wife has some fish oil of a similar kind that she takes which she says is frankly disgusting. These jelly like capsules are easy to swallow and have if anything a very faint sweet taste. Very fast delivery.
I started using these and really like them. Very easy to swallow, and no after taste. I was told to take fish oil for my cholesterol but could not tolerate them, causing me stomach pains. No issue with these, I've been taking them for over a year now and my cholesterol levels have come down!
I was using fish oil but wanted a vegetarian alternative. This is a good option and I don’t notice any kind of smell with them at all. Smooth coated and easy to wash down with a drink.
Found this Algal Omega 3 supplement to be the best I have tried. Plenty of DHA and EPA, the two acids which your body can’t make on its own, you have to get them from your diet , or, supplements. The capsules are small and easy to swallow. They come in a dark coloured plastic bottle to keep the daylight out, which helps to keep them nice and fresh and don’t go rancid. Once opened I put mine in the fridge to keep cool and this also helps to keep them fresh for longer. Don’t eat much fatty fish which contain the important Omega 3, that’s why I take these capsules.They have no taste and they do not repeat on me like some fish oil capsules.
Taking this as recommended by health practitioner instead of fish oils, giving comparable DHA/EPA benefits. Feeling this is helping body inflammation, eye health (cataracts developing @ 80), heart & better mental clarity. Happy customer.
Capsules are easy to swallow size and shape. However, the smell! Eek, I found it really tough to deal with. No sure if i was unlucky eg one capsule leaked on others. Not sure i can stick with this brand if it is same each batch. Trying one more time
