I liked that these capsules are vegan which is not generally a case with capsules. They are small and east to take. Don't have after taste or small so can be taken easily. I have been taking it for a month but can't say if there is much difference. I heard that usually supplements make noticeable change after 6 months or so. So you only take one a day. 180 capsules means they will last awhile.The capsules are much smaller than the standard size making them much easier to swallow. There is no taste or aftertaste.So far they're working for me. Three weeks in and I've not broken out at all. I usually break out often due mast cell issues.They're supposedly gluten free. I'm hoping they are. We're a celiac family so no gluten allowed. So far I've not had a reaction. I will have to look more into it cause I'd like my son to take them. He breaks out from celiac issues and I think he'd benefit taking these.So far so good. I'm happy with them and the fact they're small and it's only one a day.

I've been taking collagen for a while now after going through menopause and wanted to get biotin specifically. These are a really great size, much smaller that alternatives. So far so good. Any supplements don't give instant results, it takes time. I would imagine that that these will be absolutely ok, the ingredients are vegan and having researched the company.

It is a small pill and easy to swallow. This does not have any flavor and didn't upset my stomach.I like that this is clean formula without silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate or titanium dioxide. Manufactured in the UK.

I have been taking Biotin for eight years. It's done wonder for my nails. They grow faster (have to trim twice a week) and stronger. Not sure if it's working for my hair though. Anyhow, this is a great value for 180 tabs at 10,000mcg. It is pure Biotin produced in the U.K. Worth trying. Five Stars
