Adults: take 1 softgel twice daily. For additional support, the dose can be doubled. Children 12 to 16 years: 1-2 softgels daily. Children 6 to 11 years: 1 softgel daily. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose. For best results, take Pharmepa RESTORE morning and evening as a split dose and with food for optimum absorption.

Yes, since we use natural lemon oil to flavour the fish oil, the taste is actually quite pleasant. The softgels can be pierced and the oil mixed with soft foods, such as yoghurt, or the softgel shells can be chewed and spat out once the oil has been released.
