I had taken this supplement regularly in the past as nutritional support when dealing with the symptoms of M.E. but had eventually decided to take a break..... Going into this Autumn/Winter I have continued to take Vitamin D3 but decided to reintroduce VegEPA. I am amazed at how soon I have started to feel the benefit of this supplement, I have renewed energy and focus and my cognitive function appears sharper, my eyes are brighter and my hair texture has improved.
