The tablets are quite big to swallow but are smooth to flush down with glass of water with food slight aftertaste as they have b vitamins in them

with nowadays vegetables and fruits not offering same health benefits i was advised by nurse to take this supplement in my later years and suffering from copd.

I'm enjoying taking these supplements. They are easy to swallow and there's no unpleasant taste or after taste. I love the fact that i am taking the essential nutrients in 1 tablet including vitamin D which we all need. I would definitely recommend anyone in the 50+ age range to take these as this age brings about a lot of health issues. I must say I am sleeping a lot better and I feel more energetic during the day since I started taking this supplement.

I have started these and taken for a few weeks. Already feel like I have more energy which must be the B12 good quality version of it as well in these tablets.

Easy to swallow tablets I chose these because of the lutein in to support my ageing eyesight I work on screens all day and welcome this crucial ingredient.

I find these very easy to take and they have a good blend of different minerals and vitamins essential for my ageing body. It is convenient to have this in one tablet rather than stocking many different bottles and then running out.. Also great for packing when on holiday.

I have been using the mens multi-vitamins for years as I am post-menopause. I was very keen to try this new womens 50+ multi-vitamin. I honestly didn't think I would feel any difference but I do. I am a very active and fit 53 year old but my energy levels have definitely increased. I am getting up earlier in the mornings as my morning fatigue seems to have gone. I feel more ready for my day. This is my honest review and I will continue to use these. I just hope that they become available in the bigger tub as it would be more cost effective.
