I used this product once before and was happy with it. I received a new bottle today and when I opened it up I noticed there was white powder all over the inside. I found a broken capsule which explains it. Very strange as I've never come across this before.
This might be a brand for some serious probiotic users as it really seems to address all the issues from strains and amounts , to absorption and for keeping the gut lining healthy. It�s a product from the UK and even the label has a wealth of information as well as the ad page online. It�s about 50 cents a day to take, but you can�t minimize the fact that if your stomach isn�t absorbing your nutrients, all the money in the world won�t keep you healthy. A good probiotic and maybe even digestive enzymes are your first responders in the gut. This is an excellent choice . Personally, I rotate brands to get a well rounded group of strains too, but if you find one that makes you feel good, stick with it ????
I've tried several brands lately, some did nothing others were ok but this one really worked great for me. I've had issues since an out of the blue ER appendectomy a few months ago. Tons of antibiotics and invasive surgery has made elimination very difficult. I've never had issues prior to that episode but it hasn't been the same since and no amount of fiber has helped. I took one of these and the next day I was almost normal, day two back to solid productive elimination! This works fast and very effectively for me. Everyone is different and no one product will work for everyone but for me, this product is magic! I'll definitely buy this one again. You take just one a day, I like to take it at night, this is a 30 day supply. Recommend

I�ve been taking it for about two weeks now, and it�s been helping regulate my digestion and keep things �regular�, if you know what I mean!This digestive blend is well thought out: it includes both a prebiotic and a probiotic blend. Aquamin Calcium (plant based) is used to assist in digestive enzyme production and works as the prebiotic; it prevents bloating and helps the probiotics in this formulation colonize the gut. Vitamin A is also added to support the integrity of the gut barrier. This formulation does not contain any fructo-oligosaccharides or artificial colors flavors or sweeteners. The product is also non-GMO and is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, and kosher and halal diets.All in all, it�s just a great digestive blend, and it�s been working really well for me. As with anything that involves supplements, it is personal choice in what you use and whether they work or not. What works for some, sometimes doesn't work for others so it's all about trial and error. That said, biocultures like these are great for your system and these ones seem to work well.Easy to swallow and with no aftertaste, you get 30 vegan capsules for £13.99 with a £2 off voucher (at time of reviewing). Not the most expensive but not the cheapest either and I have to admit, I don't notice much difference between this more expensive one and our usual, cheaper brand.

I've been taking probiotics for a while now to improve my gut health and immune function and switching to this brand from a different one has made a noticeable difference.The capsules are dairy free and easy to swallow, with no after taste.I appreciate the simple packaging. At a cost (at time of writing)of 50 pence per day it's mid range, but it's still not cheap.
really like these, they came free with my order but I will be likely buying them again; leave no aftertaste at all
This is the second time ordering this product which has helped to keep my system working and preventing my stomach from misbehaving. I don't use it everyday but as and when I need it. I definitely recommend this for irregular stomach behaviour.
Easy to swallow and help the digestive system very effectively. Only a few days after taking this product, I feel the difference for the bowel movement.
Strange one this one, I famously struggled with monster hangovers until I tried this product. I now still get a manageable headache but my tummy is fine considering, I'm not taken out of action for several days.
I had tried cheaper ones with less millions units of probiotic and saw an improvement but only these ones do the job.

Received quickly and well packaged. I purchased this product to see if it would help my ibs, I have been taking it for around 3 weeks with no side effects but has not yet helped with ibs. I will carry on taking for another month.

Having used this product for a number of years found it has helped a lot with our gut health seem to have a lot less bloating and overall feel a lot better, used to order from amazon but they suddenly stopped having it so ordered direct delivery was a couple of days can thoroughly recommend
