After my yearly 2025 health MOT, my serum lipids are now back in range after a year first taking Pharmepa restore then the Super Concentrated Omega-3 Wild Fish Oil & Vitamin D. I pierce the softgel into a little orange juice as I cannot swallow them whole. There is no fishy smell or aftertaste.
