These effervescent tablets come with good amounts of B vitamins but the amount of vitamin C at 160mg or 200% of your recommended daily amount seems on the low side.During winter months I normally subsidise my diet with high vit C of 1000mg so the vit C in these are quite low. The B vits though are very good amounts.These dissolve into water but strangely it doesn't tell you the amount of water on the back of the tube. This isn't very helpful tbh.I dissolved in a pint of water and the resulting solution resembles cloudy orange cordial. These state that they're orange flavoured... Yes they're definitely orange flavour mixed with what I can only describe as a medicine flavour my mum gave me when I was a child.... If you've ever taken metatone tonic then this tastes similar with orange. I personally did not like the taste and may have been better actually dropping a tablet inside a pint of orange cordial instead. The flavour is strange!They arrived quickly, sealed and have a nice shelf life of around a year and a half.The tablets are roughly the same size as a 2p coin but these are dropped in water to dissolve.Couple of tips.... Make sure you gently agitate the solution so it mixes properly, you may end up with some residue at the bottom if left standing a while, just gently swish it around and it'll dissolve.The cap may prove difficult for older people to get into.... There is a little notch cut out on the cap... Gently push up at this point to open the cap away from the seal which will break away completely.The packaging is 100% recyclable :-)Overall... Good amount of B vits but taste is not the best and could do with better tablet to water ratio instructions.
Great way to get a quick B Complex boost! I take mine mid morning.
My daughter is unable to swallow pills so this product is a life saver. She loves the taste. This is the cleanest b complex on the market.

I've been suffering from post-lunch slump for years. I really like this Effervescent Super B-Complex, it combines having to drink your water and take your tablets into a refreshing drink with the added bonus of a caffeine-free energy boost.
It’s a great pick me up drink in the morning. 4* because it does have not very palatable aftetaste
I was sceptical about the claims for this product but have found it really works. I've been going through a challenging time personally and finding myself exhausted and miserable, but drinking one of these in the morning definitely perks me up enough to keep going for the day ahead. I have been taking the super B-complex effervesant tablets and have found them to be working quite well. I take them on days I am going to need that extra boost of energy like a long drive to pick my son up from Uni or a day full of meetings. It works on keeping me going throughout the day once I have taken it in the morning. I find tablets hard to swallow so this dissolves well and a do like the orange flavour too.
This tablet works a treat, it dissolves easily in a glass of water leaving little residue and the taste is not overly strong, just mildly orangey which is good. I don't take it everyday, just when I need a boost and I can certainly feel it when I do take it - it definitely peps me up. This one may very well make it as one of my vitamin cupboard staples.
Great product to add flavour when making green smoothies to get your B vitamins in instead of taking another tablet. However, be mindful of the sodium which I only became aware of after purchasing .
Having recently suffered a sudden bereavement which has been devastating, I have really struggled to sleep - and being so emotionally exhausted, I have found it very difficult to focus at times. I have been taking these effervescent tablets on those mornings when I have needed an extra lift to carry me through the day and I've found that they do really help for a quick energy boost. They contain a good mix of vitamins, are easy to take, dissolve quickly and taste good. Highly recommend this product.
I think it is an excellent product. Its mild orangey taste is refreshing, the tablet dissolves quickly and it really gives a little extra boost for the mid-afternoon and helps with mental clarity for work. I usually break it into half and put it into a glass of sparkling water, other family members tried it in their favourite fruit juice or fruit tea (when not too hot) and it worked fine for them. I don't use it everyday just when I want to avoid after-lunch sleepiness, and I use it alternately with Focus, which is my other favourite Igennus product. Another advantage of this effervescent form is that it is very convenient for the elderly who find it difficult to swallow too many tablets at the same time.
